Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity for custom watches?+
Light customization on our existing models (your logo, dial color, hands, strap, case color or packaging) starts at 50 pcs per model. Full OEM/ODM from your own design usually starts at 300 pcs. Ready-to-ship stock models can be ordered in small quantities.
How long do samples and production take?+
For light customization we send a digital mock-up in 1–2 days and a physical sample in about 5–15 days; bulk production then takes around 15–30 days. Full OEM prototypes take about 25–40 days and mass production 35–60 days. Your quotation confirms exact dates for your models and quantity.
What can be customized on a watch?+
Dial logo, dial color and finish, hour markers and numerals, hands, date window, case color or plating, crown, strap or bracelet, caseback engraving, buckle, crystal and movement, plus the complete packaging: watch box, inner tray, sleeve, shopping bag, manual and warranty card.
Do you show prices on the website?+
No. Every order is quoted per project, because unit price depends on the model, the customization you choose, packaging and quantity. Send an inquiry and we reply with a quotation within one business day.
Which price terms do you quote?+
Prices are quoted EXW by default. FOB China port is available on request, and we can coordinate with our partner freight forwarders for sea, air or express delivery.
Can I mix models in one order?+
Yes. Mixed batches are allowed, and we help you plan the mix of models to reach your order quantity.
Do I get a sample before production?+
For light customization and OEM projects, yes — a physical sample is approved before mass production. For stock models you can order single samples.
How is quality checked?+
Every batch goes through timekeeping, water-resistance and appearance inspection by our QC team. You receive photos and an inspection report; factory audits and third-party inspection are welcome.
Do your watches have certifications?+
Yes — CE, RoHS, ISO 9001 and REACH documents are available on request. For larger orders we can also arrange product certification and testing for your destination market.
Are my designs kept confidential?+
Yes. Uploaded files are stored privately and used only to evaluate and produce your project. An NDA can be signed on request.
